Living a Christ centered life can be hard in a world that is always changing-- when Christ and his gospel does not.

Blessings I have seen in my life from living the higher life:
-Peace of mind
-Happiness in family
-Closeness with the Spirit
-Motivation to continue in the path of Christ
-Better understanding of the Atonement.

What will you do this week to live the higher law of Christ? No one is perfect, but set a little goal here and there. Make note of the blessings!

Post #7: Putting it all together

Throughout this course, I have learned many new study habits, and things about myself. I have set some personal goals and plan to continue moving forward. I have come to know Christ, and because of that I have come to know myself better too. This Optimist Creed is a motto that I have come to live by. In my opinion, it helps me apply the teachings of Christ. I hope to continue with this blog! (Another goal) :)

Post #6: The Parable of the Ten Virgins

The words I want to hear from the Savior aren't that He doesn't know me. I want to hear the words: Well done, good and faithful servant. 2. In order to hear those words... I have to work at it. I have to strive to always keep the oil in my lamp.
